Upgrading Two Rivers Yacht Club Bulkhead Drainage System
The installation of 450 units of the JET Filter ABS 2.5-inch Maintainable Drain around the Two Rivers Yacht Club was a transformative process.

Bulkhead Drainage System Dilemma
The Two Rivers Yacht Club’s aluminum sheet pile bulkhead served as a vital protective barrier against erosion and water damage. Still, it faced a substantial drainage threat. Excessive water buildup behind the bulkhead drainage system could pose a serious threat to its structural integrity and, subsequently, the entire Yacht Club premises. This drainage problem required an innovative and efficient solution.
Solution
Enter the JET Filter ABS 2.5-inch Maintainable Drain. Comprising a 2.5″ housing and a cartridge featuring Mirafil® Filter Weave FW300 Geotextile Filter Media, this drainage solution proved to be the game-changer that the Two Rivers Yacht Club needed.
The ABS Filter, with its specialized geotextile filter media, offered a maintainable drainage solution that allowed for the controlled and efficient drainage of water from behind the bulkhead. What set this solution apart was its ability to do this without compromising the integrity of the sandy fill soils that provided crucial support to the bulkhead. This meant that the Yacht Club could mitigate the risk of structural damage while effectively managing water buildup.
The installation of 450 units of the JET Filter ABS 2.5-inch Maintainable Drain around the Two Rivers Yacht Club was a transformative process. It not only resolved the pressing drainage problem but also enhanced the overall structural stability of the bulkhead drainage system.
